Dear Valued Shareholders,

During the past three months, we have made several key advances that helps build a stronger Echometrix and deliver growth to our shareholders. While we have been candid and stated that we do have challenges ahead of us, today we are proud to state that our efforts are displaying encouraging signs of progress.

On March 24th, we announced that Echometrix and Acision, the dominant world leader in mobile messaging, formed an alliance to deliver a breakthrough parental control solution for all worldwide mobile operators, addressing the pressing concerns among parents about cyberbullying, and other high-risk mobile text communications. This unique solution will be the first global network-based, universal parental text monitoring system which works with all text messaging (SMS) enabled mobile phones. Our SMS Parental Management System enables operators to offer a service that monitors and alerts parents in real-time when a child encounters questionable messages.

We view this development as pivotal to the future success of the Company. Several confluences are at work. Firstly, cyberbullying and “text-rage” are now an epidemic among our youth. As studies show, parents are in need of control solutions for mobile communications. Secondly, we have witnessed a transformation in mobile telecommunication. Teen research data shows that SMS text messaging surpasses voice calls over mobile telecom networks. Furthermore, the mobile industry is on an annual run rate of 1.8 trillion SMS text messages. We are proud to say that our technology and relationship with Acision puts the Company is a most unique position to potentially capture tremendous market growth. Acision now processes over 60% of all SMS text messages world-wide and FamilySafe has a long history of developing comprehensive parental control solutions. From March 23rd through the 25th, our SMS Parental Management System was presented with Acision to various wireless industry carriers at the International CTIA Wireless 2010. The CTIA show is the premier wireless event representing a $1 trillion global marketplace that brings together the wireless and converged communications, wireless broadband, mobile web computing and data industries. Over the coming months and quarters our goal is to gain visibility and traction for our unique SMS text solution. The CTIA conference was clearly an opportunity to spotlight our capability.

Earlier in the quarter, the Company filed intellectual property protection for several proprietary solutions, such as our SMS Parental Management System. Separately, we filed a provisional patent for our Smart Text Analyzer, which uses a Bayesian algorithm to analyze all digital text and identify the new words that are constantly being added to the online lexicon. This component also supports multi-language processing and the ability to filter different categories of content within a specific language. Additional enhancements and features include word normalization, custom/user keyword list dictionary, and phrasing miss-order. While this may sound like a cluster of “techie-talk,” the Smart Text Analyzer is a core component that allows us to develop novel solutions for industry, consumers and marketers.

Lastly, as previously announced, the Company is focused on an initiative to deliver its parental management solutions through leading consumer brands that already own “shelfspace” in the digital world. We are encouraged by this marketing approach as it frees internal resources and allows us to focus on developing core technology. Further, we have extended our business-to-business initiative to international consumer brand organizations. While the effort is early, we believe this initiative helps address various underserved parental control markets.
